As a yoga teacher and creative storyteller, I offer private and guided group sessions rooted in breathwork, mindful movement, somatic practices and ayurveda yoga. Having studied with yoga masters, osteopaths and psychologists all over the world, my approach is one that combines the wisdom of ancient practices with a modern science-based approach. My intention is to empower you and assist you on your way home to yourself through movement and mindful practices.

BREATHWORK +  BODYWORK

Breathwork helps you change your inner state through shifts in your breathing. Even small adjustments in how you breathe can have profound effects on how you feel — calming your nervous system, lowering stress hormones, and bringing your body out of fight-or-flight and into rest and recovery. My sessions are rooted in science and move between two kinds of experience: learning to work with stress in an evidence-based way, and creating space to feel and release emotions. Over time, regular breathwork can help you sleep better, feel less anxious, process stored emotions, and build a greater sense of calm and resilience in daily life.

Bodywork is the manual, energetic dimension of this practice. Using my hands, I work around the chest, ribs, and torso to help the body soften and open — while you actively breathe along. It's a collaboration between touch and breath, in which you expand your breathing capacity and we listen together to what your body is communicating.

I guide groups in hatha, flow, yin and ayurveda yoga. My sessions are a mix of meditation, yoga philosophy, pranayama, mantra and conscious movement. ​
